How come it feels like months since I’ve done the 12of12 challenge? It’s possible it’s because I was out of town last month and didn’t do an official collage, but really, I think it’s because it’s the only thing I’ve kept up on my blog. I’m sad about that, I miss it. Even though I’ve shared that sentiment many times before, it doesn’t make it any less true. I’m hoping this summer to slowly work my way back. Thanks to those who have stuck with me — for better or worse. 🙂

It’s summer, probably my favorite time to do 12of12 — I’m usually not stuck inside and I do love that my girls are home with me. What can I say, June did not disappoint. Our day was a fun, however, I did peeter out at the end. I was, oh so exhausted, after laying around for hours reading. (Seriously, how does that happen? I didn’t even do anything. Traveling is like that for me too.) At any rate, I sort of stopped after dinner, I just felt like it. And that’s what’s so great out this project, there are no rules whatsoever.

Anyway, I hope you were able to capture your day how you want to remember it. Please share if you are so inclined. Soon I’m going to start sharing your collage on my blog. Should be fun.
